Role Description The Social Media Executive will manage and grow Nilu's Collection’s presence across key social media platforms, ensuring consistent and engaging representation of the brand. This full-time, on-site role in Hyderabad involves planning and executing social media campaigns, creating and scheduling posts, optimizing content for reach and engagement, and monitoring performance metrics. The Social Media Executive will respond to comments and messages, collaborate with the creative and sales teams to promote new collections and offers, and support influencer collaborations or partnerships. The role also includes staying updated on social media trends, competitors, and best practices to continuously improve the brand’s online visibility and audience engagement.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) skills.
- Candidates should possess effective Media Planning skills for campaigns and promotions.
- Candidates should possess clear and engaging Communication and Writing skills.
- Candidates should possess basic analytics skills to track performance, interpret data, and report results.
- Relevant experience managing social media for a brand, preferably in fashion or retail, is beneficial.
- Familiarity with major social platforms, content creation tools, and scheduling/analytics tools is advantageous.
- Ability to work on-site in Hyderabad, collaborate within a team, and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
