Key Responsibilities
- Social Media Strategy & Execution
- Develop and execute data-driven social media strategies tailored for D2C growth.
- Lead content ideation, calendars and creative direction to drive engagement and conversions.
- Leverage platform trends, viral formats and cultural insights to scale brand presence.
- Influencer Marketing (Core Focus)
- Plan and execute end-to-end influencer campaigns for D2C products.
- Identify and manage relevant creators across tiers (nano, micro, macro).
- Build and scale long-term creator partnerships and ambassador programs.
- Track campaign effectiveness using performance metrics (engagement, CAC, ROAS, conversions).
- D2C Growth & Campaign Integration
- Align content and influencer strategies with D2C funnel stages (awareness, consideration, conversion, retention).
- Drive product launches and sale campaigns through creator-first and content-led strategies.
- Work closely with performance teams to optimize campaigns based on real-time data.
- Insights & Optimization
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, audience insights and content metrics.
- Continuously optimize strategies to improve ROI and customer acquisition.
- Cross-functional Collaboration
- Collaborate with performance marketing, brand and design teams for seamless execution.
- Ensure consistency in brand voice, messaging and positioning across all channels.
Core Skills & Qualifications
· Mandatory: 3–6 years of hands-on experience working with D2C brands (in-house or agency handling D2C
clients).
· Strong expertise in social media strategy and influencer marketing execution.
· Proven track record of driving measurable growth through content and creator campaigns.
· Deep understanding of D2C consumer behavior, funnels and performance metrics.
· Experience with influencer tools, analytics platforms and campaign tracking.
· Strong creative thinking combined with data-driven decision-making.
· Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
· Familiarity with AI tools for ideation, content and workflow optimization.
