Role Description
We are seeking a full-time, on-site Social Media Executive to join our team for our Mohali Office. The role involves managing social media accounts, creating engaging content, developing social media strategies, and analyzing performance metrics. You will be responsible for increasing brand visibility, growing online engagement, and actively shaping the digital presence of the brands under Millions Kart's portfolio. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to align social media initiatives with overall marketing goals will be a key aspect of the role.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in Social Media Management, Content Creation, and Campaign Planning
- Understanding of Social Media Analytics, Performance Metrics, and Optimization
- Experience with Content Strategy and creative storytelling to engage diverse audiences
- Basic knowledge of Graphic Design tools and Visual Content Creation
- Strong project management skills and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred
- Familiarity with e-commerce and brand-building best practices is an advantage
