- Good knowledge of Reels, Carousel posts, and trending short-form content formats.
- Ability to plan and execute engaging social media content ideas.
- Basic understanding of social media analytics and engagement metrics.
- Experience working in a media agency or non-tech marketing agency will be preferred.
- Knowledge of Canva for quick creative development.
- Understanding of Meta Ads / Facebook Ads Manager will be a plus.
- Ability to write engaging captions and content hooks.
- Awareness of current social media trends, hashtags, and platform algorithms.
- Good coordination and communication skills for handling internal teams and client requirements
