Job Title: Social Media Executive (2–4 Years Experience)
Location: On-site (Panchkula, Sector-17)
Job Type: Full-Time (having their own laptop is compulsory)
About the Role
We are seeking a creative and data-driven Social Media Executive with 2–4 years of experience to manage and grow our brand’s online presence. The ideal candidate should be passionate about social media trends, content creation, and audience engagement, with a strong ability to drive measurable results.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, create, and manage content across social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, etc.)
- Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with business goals
- Manage content calendars and ensure consistent posting
- Monitor, analyze, and report on performance metrics (engagement, reach, conversions)
- Run and optimize paid social media campaigns (Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.)
- Engage with followers, respond to comments/messages, and build community
- Stay updated with latest trends, tools, and platform updates
- Collaborate with design, content, and marketing teams
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 2–4 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and algorithms
- Experience with social media tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, Meta Business Suite, etc.)
- Basic knowledge of graphic tools (Canva, Adobe Suite)
- Understanding of analytics tools (Google Analytics, platform insights)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to create engaging and creative content
Nice to Have
- Experience in paid ads and campaign optimization
- Knowledge of SEO and content marketing
- Video editing skills (Reels, Shorts, TikTok)
- Experience working in an agency or fast-paced environment
