Key Responsibilities:
- Social Media Strategy & Execution:
- Develop and manage social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement. Oversee daily operations across all platforms and maintain consistent brand voice.
- Content Creation & Management:
- Collaborate with teams to create engaging content and ensure it aligns with the target audience. Monitor performance and optimize posts based on insights.
- Community Engagement:
- Interact with followers, respond to comments, and foster brand loyalty through user-generated content and engagement.
- Analytics & Reporting:
- Track and report social media performance. Analyze key metrics (engagement, reach, conversions) to continuously improve strategies.
- Social Media Campaigns:
- Plan and manage paid campaigns, optimize ad performance, and collaborate on promotional events and launches.
- Stay Up-to-Date with Trends:
- Keep informed on the latest social media trends and experiment with new formats like influencer collaborations and live videos.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field.
- 4+ years of social media management experience.
- Strong writing, communication, and design tool skills (Canva, Photoshop).
- Knowledge of analytics tools and metrics.
- Creativity, multitasking, and collaboration skills.
Working Conditions:
- Full-time with flexible hours and remote options.
- Occasional travel for events.
