About the RoleWe are looking for a creative and result-driven Social Media Executive to manage and grow our digital presence. The ideal candidate should be passionate about content creation, branding, and performance marketing.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and handle all social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.)
- Plan and execute content calendars aligned with marketing goals
- Create engaging content including captions, reels ideas, and basic creatives
- Run and optimize paid campaigns (Meta Ads / Google Ads)
- Monitor engagement, respond to comments/messages, and build community
- Track performance metrics and generate reports
- Stay updated with social media trends and competitor activities
- Coordinate with design and marketing teams for campaign execution
Required Skills & Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and algorithms
- Basic knowledge of graphic designing tools (Canva, Photoshop preferred)
- Experience with Meta Ads Manager and campaign optimization
- Good communication and creative thinking skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Skills- Knowledge of video editing tools (Premiere Pro, CapCut, etc.)
- Experience in handling brand pages or agency work
- Understanding of SEO and content marketing
- Candidate must be from Delhi or Delhi NCR
