Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, and developing and executing social media strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Ability to work on-site in Warangal, collaborate in a team environment, and manage multiple tasks with attention to detail.
- Create, schedule, and publish engaging content across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), YouTube, and other relevant channels.
- Monitor social media trends and competitor activities; should indulge with the creative virality trends
- Collaborate with the design, content, and marketing teams to execute work.
- Track, analyze, and report social media performance metrics and should share them on a weekly basis.
Preferred Skills
- Fluent in English, Hindi, and Telugu.
- Hands on knowledge of overall digital marketing.
- Familiarity with Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Meta Business Suite, and scheduling tools.
- Must have highly creative skills in executing designs and reels.
