We are seeking a creative and driven Social Media Executive to manage and grow our online presence across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing engaging content, executing social media strategies, and analyzing performance to enhance brand visibility and audience engagement.
Location: Ernakulam, Kerala
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage day-to-day social media activities across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok
- Plan, create, and schedule engaging content including posts, stories, reels, and videos
- Monitor social media channels and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely manner
- Develop and execute social media campaigns aligned with marketing objectives
- Track and analyze performance metrics (engagement, reach, conversions) and prepare reports
- Stay up to date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices
- Collaborate with internal teams (design, content, sales) to ensure brand consistency
- Assist in influencer outreach and partnership coordination
- Support paid social media campaigns when required
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- 1–2 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing
- Strong understanding of major social media platforms and their algorithms
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus
- Familiarity with social media analytics tools and scheduling platforms
- Creative mindset with attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
