As we continue to strengthen our digital presence and connect with new-age consumers, we are looking for a Social Media Executive who can help us build engaging and consistent brand communication across platforms.
Role Overview
We are looking for someone who understands how brands communicate on social media today. This role requires hands-on execution, coordination with creative teams, and an understanding of how content drives engagement and brand recall.
Key Responsibilities
• Plan and execute monthly content calendars across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Pinterest and other relevant platforms
• Manage day-to-day posting, captions, hashtags, and scheduling
• Handle community management including comments and messages
• Coordinate with designers, video editors, and marketing team for content execution
• Assist in planning reels and short-form content
• Stay updated with social media trends and suggest relevant ideas
• Monitor competitor activity and industry trends
• Track weekly and monthly performance metrics
• Prepare performance reports with insights and recommendations
• Maintain consistency in brand communication across platforms
Requirements
• Minimum 1 year of experience in social media management
• Experience handling multiple platforms including LinkedIn and Pinterest
• Understanding of Instagram formats and content trends
• Basic understanding of analytics and reporting
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Ability to manage deadlines and multiple tasks
Good to Have
• Experience in beauty, skincare, or lifestyle brands
• Basic knowledge of video editing tools
• Familiarity with Meta Business Suite or similar tools
• Understanding of influencer-led content formats
