Job Summary
We are looking for a creative and trend-savvy Social Media Executive to manage and grow our brand presence across digital platforms. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of food aesthetics, content trends, and audience engagement in the F&B space.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day social media activities across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, etc.)
- Plan and execute monthly content calendars aligned with brand goals
- Create engaging content (posts, reels, stories) focused on food, ambiance, and customer experience
- Coordinate with chefs, bar staff, and operations team for real-time content
- Monitor trends and implement relevant ideas to boost engagement
- Handle comments, DMs, and customer queries professionally
- Collaborate with influencers and manage brand partnerships
- Track performance metrics and generate reports (reach, engagement, growth)
- Run and optimize paid campaigns (Meta Ads is a plus)
Key Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience in social media (preferably F&B / hospitality)
- Strong knowledge of Instagram trends, reels, and content strategy
- Basic photography/videography skills (food styling knowledge is a plus)
- Familiarity with tools like Canva, InShot, Meta Business Suite
- Creative mindset with attention to detail
- Good communication and coordination skills
Preferred Skills
- Experience working with restaurants, cafes, or cloud kitchens
- Understanding of local food trends and audience behavior
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
