Job Summary:
We are looking for a creative, data-driven, and passionate Social Media Executive to manage and grow the digital presence
of three dynamic brands Hytix, Fearticket, and iSummation Technologies. The ideal candidate thrives on storytelling through
visual content, understands the pulse of social platforms, and is equally comfortable behind a camera as they are with
analytics dashboards.
Role And Responsibilities:
Multi-Brand Social Media Management
• Plan, create, and publish engaging content across all social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn,
YouTube, X/Twitter, Threads) for Hytix, Fearticket, and iSummation Technologies.
• Develop and maintain a monthly content calendar for each brand, ensuring brand consistency and voice alignment.
• Monitor, respond to, and engage with followers, comments, and DMs across all three brand accounts promptly.
• Identify trending topics, hashtags, and viral content opportunities relevant to each brand's industry.
Content Creation & Visual Design
• Design eye-catching social media posts, stories, banners, and promotional creatives using Canva and other design
tools.
• Shoot and edit short-form video content including Reels, YouTube Shorts, and behind-the-scenes clips.
• Conceptualise and produce company culture reels showcasing team life, events, milestones, and values.
• Apply basic photography skills for product shoots, team photography, and event coverage.
• Edit videos using tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or similar platforms for polished reel outputs.
SEO & Paid Advertising
• Execute and manage paid social media campaigns on Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and LinkedIn Campaign
Manager.
• Research and implement SEO best practices for social media profiles, captions, and YouTube descriptions.
• Track, analyse, and optimise ad performance for ROI — adjusting targeting, creatives, and budget allocation
accordingly.
• Stay updated with algorithm changes across platforms and adapt strategies proactively.
Analytics & Reporting
• Track KPIs including reach, impressions, engagement rate, follower growth, click-through rate, and lead generation.
• Prepare and present monthly performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations for each brand.
• Use platform analytics tools (Meta Insights, LinkedIn Analytics, Google Analytics) to guide data-driven decisions.
Strategy & Collaboration
• Develop brand-specific social media strategies aligned with business goals for all three companies.
• Collaborate with the design, sales, and product teams to ensure campaign consistency across channels.
• Coordinate with influencers, brand ambassadors, and external collaborators for campaigns.
• Manage and monitor competitor activity and benchmark performance against industry standards.
• Identify and propose growth opportunities including collaborations, trends, and platform expansions.

Qualifications & Experience

• Experience managing paid campaigns with demonstrated ROI across Meta, Google, and/or LinkedIn.
• Portfolio showcasing reels, Canva creatives, and social media campaigns handled previously.
• Experience handling multiple brand accounts simultaneously is a strong advantage.
• Knowledge of influencer marketing and brand collaboration frameworks is a plus.
