Role Description
We’re hiring a social media executive (1+ year experience) to manage and grow social media for our company and clients. You should be able to handle accounts independently, execute strategies, and deliver measurable results.

🎯 Key Responsibilities
• Manage social media accounts across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn)
• Plan, create, and schedule content aligned with brand goals
• Run and optimize paid campaigns (Meta Ads)
• Coordinate with designers, creators, and internal teams
• Communicate with clients and ensure expected outcomes
• Monitor performance, analyze insights, and improve results
• Handle audience engagement (comments, messages)
• Track trends, competitor activity, and prepare reports
- Manage shoots and coordinate with videography team when needed
🛠️ Skills Required
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms & trends
• Experience with Meta Ads Manager and paid campaigns
• Content planning and analytics skills
• Good communication and client handling
• Ability to manage multiple accounts efficiently
🎓 Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
• 1+ year experience in social media/digital marketing
• Experience with multiple brands is a plus
• Familiarity with tools like Meta Business Suite, Canva, etc.
