About the Role:
We’re looking for a Social Media Executive who can research, support creation, and improve content — not just post it. This role involves understanding what works, executing content, and contributing to measurable growth.
Key Responsibilities:
• Research content ideas, trends, and competitor strategies regularly
• Plan and create social media content (reels, posts, carousels)
• Write clear, engaging captions and hooks
• Manage and publish content across platforms
• Analyze performance and identify what to improve
• Optimize content for reach, engagement, and conversions
• Collaborate with the design team for execution of content
Requirements:
• 1-2 years of experience handling 1–2 social media accounts (personal or professional)
• Ability to research and come up with relevant content ideas
• Basic understanding of content performance metrics
• Ability to explain why content performs or underperforms
• Strong communication and execution skills
- Canva skills for content support
- Attention to detail and consistency
- Candidate should be from around Kolkata
