Job Summary:
We are looking for a Social Media Executive to manage and enhance our brand presence across multiple digital platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, implementing, and monitoring social media strategies to increase brand awareness, drive engagement, and generate leads. This role requires strong communication skills, creativity, and a data-driven approach to optimize performance. the Candidate will be responsible for handling daily posts. Create Content and handling Meta Ads for the client.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Social Media Strategy & Planning
- Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies aligned with business goals.
- Create monthly and weekly content calendars for all platforms.
- Identify target audiences and tailor content accordingly.
- Stay updated with latest trends, tools, and best practices.
2. Content Creation & Management
- Create engaging content including posts, captions, reels, stories, and videos
- Coordinate with design and marketing teams for high-quality creatives
- Ensure all content aligns with brand voice and guidelines
- Manage and update social media profiles regularly
3. Platform Management
- Handle platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and YouTube
- Schedule posts using social media management tools
- Monitor comments, messages, and user interactions
- Maintain consistent brand presence across all platforms
4. Engagement & Community Building
- Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely manner
- Build relationships with followers and customers
- Increase engagement through campaigns, contests, and interactive posts
- Handle customer feedback professionally
5. Analytics & Reporting
- Track and analyse performance using tools like Google Analytics and platform insights
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports
- Measure KPIs such as reach, engagement, conversions, and follower growth
- Suggest improvements based on data analysis
6. Paid Campaigns & Promotions
- Plan and execute paid social media campaigns
- Optimize ads for better ROI and conversions
- Monitor ad performance and adjust strategies accordingly
- Coordinate with marketing team for campaign alignment
7. Collaboration & Coordination
- Work closely with marketing, sales, and design teams
- Support branding and promotional campaigns
- Coordinate with influencers and external partners when required
- Assist in overall digital marketing activities
Required Skills & Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree in any field
- Good Communication or related field work ( English Prefer )
- 1–3 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms and trends
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Creativity and attention to detail
- Familiarity with analytics tools and ad platforms
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
- Analyses performance and optimize campaigns
