Primary title: Social Media Executive (Remote)
Role & Responsibilities
- Develop and execute an integrated social media strategy across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, X, and emerging platforms to drive employer brand and candidate acquisition.
- Own the content calendar: create high-impact copy, design visuals, native assets, and short-form video in partnership with design and TA teams.
- Plan, launch and optimise paid social campaigns (audience segmentation, creative testing, bidding) to boost qualified leads and channel ROI.
- Manage community engagement and social listening; respond to candidate interactions and coordinate influencer/partnership initiatives.
- Define and track KPIs; deliver weekly and monthly performance reports with data-driven insights and optimization playbooks.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Talent Acquisition, Employer Brand, and Product to align content with hiring needs, campaigns and launches.
