Social Media Intern – GhostPen Studio
Location: Indirapuram | Full-time | Monday–Saturday, 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
GhostPen Studio is a creative-driven personal branding & content agency where ideas move fast, aesthetics matter, and storytelling is the real currency. We’re looking for a Social Media Intern who lives and breathes content, knows how to vibe with audiences, and can help our clients shine across platforms.
Client Management
- Engage with the client to finalize creatives
- Update Project Status and ensure robust assets tracking
- Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless client deliveries.
Content Scheduling & Publishing
- Manage client accounts across Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Threads, X, and Facebook.
- Publish posts as per the content planner—on time, every time.
- Keep a pulse on trends, hashtags, viral formats, and platform updates.
- Maintain consistent brand voice and aesthetic across all platforms.
- Create UGC-style content for clients.
- Capture BTS (Behind-The-Scenes) content during shoots, recording days, events, and production activities.
- Ensure smooth coordination with design, video, and strategy teams for timely content output.
Engagement & Community Building
- Respond to comments, DMs, and audience interactions with warmth and clarity.
- Identify potential followers, industry leaders, collaborators, and niche communities.
- Engage in meaningful discussions that build trust and brand authority.
Account Growth & Optimization
- Drive steady account growth using data-backed strategies.
- Apply SEO techniques, keyword research, and hashtag optimization for visibility.
- Track analytics, spot patterns, and suggest improvements to boost reach & engagement.
Must-Haves
- Fluent English with strong creative writing skills.
- A natural flair for social media trends, content ideas, and storytelling.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple client accounts with ease.
