Job Title: Social Media Marketing Executive

Job Overview
We are looking for a creative and hands-on social media marketing executive with a minimum of 1 year of experience in social media management, content creation, video shooting, editing, and posting. The candidate should be capable of independently managing social media accounts, creating engaging content, executing marketing campaigns, and driving audience growth through organic and paid strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute social media content strategies across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other platforms.
- Create monthly content calendars and posting schedules.
- Shoot videos and reels for social media platforms.
- Edit videos, reels, and short-form content using editing tools.
- Design social media creatives using Canva and basic Photoshop.
- Write engaging captions, scripts, and content copies.
- Publish and manage daily social media posts.
- Research trending content, hashtags, and industry trends.
- Coordinate with influencers and content creators for collaborations.
- Execute UGC (user-generated content) campaigns.
- Manage Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising campaigns.
- Generate leads and increase brand awareness through paid and organic marketing.
- Track social media performance and prepare monthly reports.
- Monitor engagement, reach, follower growth, and campaign performance.
- Cover on-site shoots, events, and brand activities whenever required.

Requirements

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
- Creative mindset with strong communication skills.
- Must be comfortable with on-site content shoots and field visits when required.
Preferred
- Experience handling brand accounts.
- Experience running lead generation campaigns.
- Knowledge of trending reel formats and social media algorithms.
- Digital marketing certification will be an added advantage.
