Role Description The Social Media Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in Noida. This role involves managing and growing Formix Asia’s social media presence, with a focus on LinkedIn and other relevant platforms. Responsibilities include planning and executing social media campaigns, creating and scheduling posts, optimizing content for engagement, and monitoring performance metrics. The Social Media Executive will collaborate with recruitment and marketing teams to promote job opportunities, share industry insights, and maintain a consistent brand voice. Daily tasks also include responding to audience interactions, staying updated on social media trends, and providing regular reports and recommendations to enhance visibility and community engagement.
Qualifications
- Strong social media marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) skills, with experience managing professional platforms.
- Media planning abilities to design and implement effective social media campaigns and content calendars.
- Excellent written communication and writing skills for crafting clear, engaging, and brand-aligned content.
- Ability to analyze social media metrics, use basic analytics tools, and translate insights into actionable improvements.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Attention to detail, time-management skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, on-site environment.
- Familiarity with the recruitment or talent acquisition space is an advantage.
