Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Social Media Executive located in Bardez. The Social Media Executive will be responsible for planning, creating, and managing content across various social media platforms to enhance brand presence. Key tasks include developing and executing social media strategies, managing campaigns, optimizing content for engagement and reach, analyzing performance metrics, and working collaboratively with the marketing team to align efforts with overall brand goals. This role also involves writing copy and ensuring messaging effectively connects with the intended audience.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Social Media Marketing, including content creation, campaign management, and audience engagement
- Strong skills in Social Media Optimization (SMO) and Media Planning
- Excellent Communication and Writing abilities to craft clear and impactful messages
- Knowledge of analytics tools to evaluate and report on campaign performance
- Creative and innovative mindset to develop strategies that resonate with diverse audiences
- Ability to work on-site in a collaborative team environment
- Experience in the hospitality or F&B sector is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, or a related field is preferred
