We are seeking a creative and data-driven Social Media Executive to manage and grow the digital presence of our diverse client portfolio. You will be responsible for end-to-end social media management— from strategic planning and content creation to community engagement and performance reporting. The ideal candidate understands the nuances of luxury real estate branding and high-velocity retail engagement.
Core Responsibilities- Content Strategy & Planning: Develop and execute monthly social media calendars aligned with client marketing goals (festive campaigns, product launches, or lead generation).
- Creative Execution: Collaborate with the design and video teams to produce high-quality Reels, carousels, and static posts. Write "formal and crisp" copy that resonates with premium audiences.
- Community Management: Monitor and respond to comments, DMs, and reviews across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and X) to maintain a positive brand image.
- Lead Generation Support: Work closely with the performance marketing team to ensure social content supports Meta and Google ad funnels, particularly for real estate site visits.
- Trend Spotting: Proactively identify viral trends, audio, and platform updates (Instagram, YouTube Shorts) and adapt them to suit client brand guidelines.
- Analytics & Reporting: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide monthly reports with actionable insights to improve engagement and reach.
Technical Competencies- Platform Mastery: In-depth knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube algorithms.
- Tool Proficiency: Experience with scheduling tools (e.g., Zoho Social, Buffer, or Hootsuite) and design-collaboration tools like Canva.
- AI Integration: Familiarity with AI-driven tools for caption generation, image prompts, and video scripts.
- Copywriting: Ability to switch tones between "Premium/Luxury" (Real Estate) and "Energetic/Appetizing" (F&B).
Preferred Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
- Proven track record of managing multi-client accounts in an agency setting.
- Excellent command of English and Marathi (preferred for local Pune accounts).
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and coordinate effectively with team members.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)- Follower Growth & Engagement Rate: Sustained month-on-month improvement.
- Turnaround Time (TAT): Timely delivery of monthly calendars and ad-hoc requests.
- Content Innovation: Successful execution of at least one "viral-potential" campaign or Reel per month per client.
