🚀 We're Hiring | Performance Social Media Executive 📍 Bhubaneswar · Full-Time · 1–3 Years Exp.

We're looking for someone who thinks beyond likes and turns social media into a growth engine for brands.
What You'll Do →
- Strategy & Platform Management → Execute social strategies aligned with brand and campaign goals → Manage posting, platform optimisation, and brand consistency across all channels → Coordinate with internal teams to align social with broader marketing campaigns
- Content Planning & Creative Coordination → Build and manage monthly content calendars → Collaborate with designers and video editors on high-quality creatives → Drive content ideas backed by trend analysis and competitor bench marking
- Community & Engagement → Manage comments, DMs, and audience interactions → Build engagement strategies that drive brand recall and audience growth → Handle escalations with brand-safe, professional communication
- Performance Tracking & Reporting → Track reach, engagement, follower growth, CTR, and conversions → Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports → Optimise content strategy based on data and platform trends
- Trends & Innovation → Stay ahead of platform algorithms and emerging content formats → Experiment with Reels, Shorts, and interactive content → Continuously test and iterate for better performance
What You Bring
→ 1–3 years in social media or digital marketing
→ Hands-on with Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, or Buffer
→ Data-driven mindset with strong communication skills
→ Agency experience is a plus
