About the RoleWe’re looking for someone who doesn’t just “do social media” — but lives it.
If your first instinct is to spot a trend, save it, and think “how can I make this better?” — you’ll fit right in.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and execute social media for multiple brands (Instagram + LinkedIn primarily)
- Stay on top of trends, formats, audio, and platform shifts — and act fast
- Translate trends into brand-relevant content ideas
- Coordinate with design, content, and performance teams for execution
- Ensure flawless QC — captions, creatives, formats, timing
- Schedule, publish, and monitor content performance
- Maintain content calendars and ensure deadlines are met
- Actively contribute ideas — not wait for instructions
What We’re Looking For- Someone who is proactive, not reactive
- Lives on Instagram & LinkedIn (not just scrolls — understands them)
- Strong sense of creativity + trend spotting
- Obsessive attention to detail (you notice things others miss)
- Excellent at quality checks (QC) before anything goes live
- Genuine, dependable, and accountable
- Comfortable working under pressure and fast timelines
- Doesn’t shy away from hard work — gets things done
Non-Negotiables- In-office role (Monday to Friday / as required)
- Based in or willing to commute to Andheri West, Mumbai
Bonus (Good to Have)- Basic understanding of reels/editing formats
- Experience with tools like Meta Suite, Canva, or scheduling tools
- Exposure to agency environment
