𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐒𝐮𝐦𝐦𝐚𝐫𝐲
We are looking for a creative and result-oriented 𝐒𝐨𝐜𝐢𝐚𝐥 𝐌𝐞𝐝𝐢𝐚 𝐄𝐱𝐞𝐜𝐮𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞 with at least 𝟏 𝐲𝐞𝐚𝐫 𝐨𝐟 𝐞𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞 to manage multiple client social media accounts. The ideal candidate should have excellent content planning skills, creativity, and a strong understanding of social media trends.
𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬
- Manage social media accounts across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X (Twitter) and YouTube.
- Plan and execute monthly content calendars.
- Write engaging captions, hashtags, and post copies.
- Coordinate with graphic designers and video editors for creatives and reels.
- Schedule and publish content using Meta Business Suite or other scheduling tools.
- Monitor comments, messages, and community engagement.
- Stay updated with trending topics, reels, and platform algorithm changes.
- Generate ideas for reels, carousels, and interactive content.
- Track campaign performance and prepare weekly/monthly reports.
- Coordinate with the SEO and Performance Marketing teams for integrated campaigns.
- Manage multiple client accounts while ensuring timely delivery.
𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐝 𝐒𝐤𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐬
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Social Media Management.
- Good understanding of Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and X.
- Excellent English writing skills.
- Basic knowledge of Canva.
- Experience with Meta Business Suite and social media scheduling tools.
- Knowledge of social media analytics and reporting.
- Creative mindset with attention to detail.
- Strong communication and time management skills.
𝐏𝐫𝐞𝐟𝐞𝐫𝐫𝐞𝐝 𝐒𝐤𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐬
- Experience in a Digital Marketing Agency.
- Basic understanding of Meta Ads.
- Knowledge of trending reels and short-form video content.
- Familiarity with AI tools like ChatGPT, Canva AI, or similar content creation tools.
