SUMMARY
We are looking for a talented Senior Social Media Executive to join our growing team and
spearhead our social media presence for our IT services and products. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive social media strategy that
increases brand awareness, generates leads, and positions us as a thought leader in the IT
industry.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Develop and execute a social media strategy aligned with overall marketing and business
objectives
• Manage and maintain social media profiles on various platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Twitter,
Meta, YouTube and other as per requirements)
• Create engaging and informative content (text, images, videos) that resonates with our
target audience
• Schedule and publish content on a regular basis
• Monitor social media activity, respond to comments and messages, and engage with
followers and enrich
• Analyze social media performance metrics and identify areas for improvement
• Stay up-to-date on the latest social media trends and best practices
• Collaborate with other departments and teams to ensure brand messaging and content
• Develop and maintain relationships with IT influencer
•Excellent skills in crating, managing and optimizing ad campaign across all SM platforms with maximum ROI
• Handle multiple SM projects with consistency and optimizing the traffic and conversions
• Content and message creation with the capability to visualize and graphics and have basic knowledge of Canva.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
• 3+ years of experience in social media marketing
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful social media campaigns
• Strong understanding of IT services and products (a plus)
• Excellent writing, editing, and graphic design skills
• Experience with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social)
• Strong analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
