Are you someone who lives and breathes Instagram, Reels, YouTube, trends, content and student communities? 🎯
DBMCI is looking for a creative, proactive and digitally savvy Social Media Executive to join our FMGE team and help us build engaging content and stronger connections with the medical student community.
🔥 What You’ll Do
• Manage daily social media activities for the FMGE vertical.
• Create engaging content ideas for Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, Telegram & WhatsApp.
• Develop Reels, Carousels, Stories, Quizzes, Polls, Captions & Promotional Content.
• Plan and execute weekly/monthly FMGE content calendars.
• Repurpose faculty videos, mock tests, student testimonials and academic content.
• Track FMGE trends, student concerns and competitor activities.
• Engage with students through Comments, DMs, Telegram Groups & WhatsApp Communities.
• Promote quizzes, mock tests, webinars, live sessions and FMGE courses.
• Coordinate with Academic, Design, Video, Marketing and Sales teams.
• Monitor reach, engagement, followers, registrations and leads.
• Prepare weekly performance reports and recommend content improvements.
🎯 What We’re Looking For
✅ Graduate in Marketing, Mass Communication, Journalism or a related field.
✅ Strong interest in Social Media, Content Creation & Digital Marketing.
✅ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
✅ Familiarity with Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, Telegram, WhatsApp, Canva & CapCut.
✅ Interest in FMGE preparation / medical education will be an advantage.
✅ Creative, organised, proactive and comfortable working with deadlines.
✅ Good Hindi + English communication skills preferred.
✅ Content portfolio or sample Reels will be an added advantage.
