Role Overview
We are looking for a results-driven Social Media Executive with experience in mobile app promotion and lead generation campaigns. In this role, you will manage social media platforms, run paid campaigns, and execute strategies that drive app installs, engagement, and qualified leads.
This is an on-site position in Noida (Sector 62) where you will work closely with our marketing and creative teams to optimize campaign performance and achieve measurable results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute social media strategies for app promotion and lead generation.
- Manage and optimize paid ad campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, and other platforms.
- Create engaging posts, reels, and ad creatives to increase app installs and lead conversions.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze metrics, and optimize campaigns for better ROI.
- Manage social media accounts and respond to audience engagement.
- Conduct audience targeting, A/B testing, and campaign optimization.
- Coordinate with designers and developers for campaign creatives and landing pages.
- Stay updated with latest trends in app marketing, paid ads, and social media growth strategies.
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in Social Media Marketing or Digital Marketing.
- Experience running app install campaigns and lead generation ads.
- Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and social media marketing strategies.
- Understanding of audience targeting, analytics, and campaign optimization.
- Excellent communication and content creation skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Media, or a related field preferred.
Location: Noida – Sector 62
Salary: Up to ₹25,000/month (based on experience)
Experience: 1–3 years
Office Location: Sector 62, Noida
Office Timing: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
