Job Overview
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Social Media Executive to manage and grow our brand’s online presence. The ideal candidate should be passionate about social media trends, content creation, and audience engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain all social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.)
- Plan, create, and schedule engaging content (posts, reels, stories, campaigns)
- Monitor social media trends and implement best practices
- Analyze performance metrics and prepare reports
- Engage with audience (comments, messages, reviews)
- Collaborate with design and marketing teams for campaigns
- Run and optimize paid social media campaigns (basic level)
- Maintain brand consistency across all platforms
Required Skills
- Good understanding of social media platforms and algorithms
- Basic knowledge of tools like Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Buffer, etc.
- Strong communication and copywriting skills
- Creativity in content ideas and storytelling
- Basic knowledge of Canva, Photoshop, or similar tools
- Analytical mindset to track performance
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- Experience handling brand or agency social media accounts
- Knowledge of social media ads and campaign management
