Role Description The Social Media Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in Noida. This role involves planning, creating, and publishing engaging content across social media platforms to build brand awareness and drive audience engagement. The Social Media Executive will manage daily posting schedules, monitor performance metrics, respond to comments and messages, and support social media campaigns in alignment with overall marketing goals. The role also includes collaborating with designers, content creators, and SEO specialists to ensure consistent messaging, implementing social media optimization strategies, and staying updated with platform trends and best practices.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) to manage campaigns and improve online presence.
- Media Planning capabilities to develop content calendars and align social activities with marketing objectives.
- Excellent Communication and Writing skills to craft clear, engaging, and brand-appropriate content.
- Familiarity with analytics tools and reporting to track performance, interpret data, and suggest improvements.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts, including SEO and PPC, is an advantage.
- Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Relevant experience in social media roles; a degree or certification in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
