The Role
We are not looking for someone who just schedules posts.
We are looking for someone who lives on Instagram, thinks in reels, writes captions that actually make people stop scrolling, and genuinely cares about whether content performs.
If you are obsessed with social media, understand what makes content work, and want to grow inside a real agency environment, this role is for you.
What You Will Do
Manage Instagram and Facebook pages for multiple clients across different industries
Plan and build monthly content calendars
Write captions that convert, not just look pretty
Coordinate with our design and video team to bring content to life
Track performance weekly and tell us what is working and what is not
Stay ahead of trends and bring fresh ideas to every client account
What We Are Looking For
Someone who is genuinely passionate about social media and content
Good communication skills in both English and Tamil
Strong eye for aesthetics and what works on each platform
Self driven and able to manage multiple accounts without hand holding
Freshers welcome. Experience is a bonus but attitude matters more
