Job Overview:
We are looking for a creative and proactive Social Media Executive who can manage social media platforms end-to-end while also contributing to content ideation and writing. This role requires someone who can think creatively for reels and posts, stay updated with trends, and execute engaging content strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.) end-to-end
- Ideate and plan engaging content for reels, posts, and stories
- Write creative captions, hooks, and short-form content for social media
- Stay updated with trending reels, audio, and formats to create relevant content
- Collaborate with designers and video editors for content execution
- Schedule and publish posts as per the content calendar
- Monitor engagement and interact with followers (comments, DMs, etc.)
- Track performance and suggest improvements based on insights
- Assist in building and executing social media strategies
Requirements:
- 1–2 years of experience in social media and/or content writing
- Strong creative thinking and idea generation skills (especially for reels)
- Good writing skills with the ability to create engaging, concise content
- Understanding of social media trends and audience behavior
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Quick learner with a proactive and problem-solving attitude
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of brand tone and storytelling
