📢 We’re Hiring: Social Media Executive (1+ Year Experience)
📍 Location: Mohali, Punjab

🕒 Working Hours: 10:30 AM – 7:30 PM
📅 Working Days: Monday to Friday + Alternate Saturdays (2nd & 4th Saturday Off)
About the Role
Blue Monkfish Private Limited is looking for a creative, enthusiastic, and result-driven Social Media Executive with 1+ year of experience who can create engaging content, manage social media platforms, grow online communities, and strengthen brand presence across multiple digital channels.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute social media strategies
- Plan monthly content calendars
- Create engaging captions and content ideas
- Manage Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X & YouTube
- Monitor audience engagement and community interactions
- Collaborate with designers and video editors
- Track performance metrics and prepare reports
- Use AI tools for content research and optimization
Required Skills
- 1+ year of experience in Social Media Management
- Strong copywriting and content planning skills
- Excellent English communication
- Understanding of social media algorithms & best practices
- Knowledge of analytics and performance tracking
- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail
Preferred Skills
- Reels & short-form video content
- Meta Ads Manager
- Canva / Adobe Creative Suite
- Social media scheduling & analytics tools
- AI tools like ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude
- Basic SEO knowledge
