Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Social Media Executive role based in Mumbai. The Social Media Executive will manage day-to-day social media activities, including planning, creating, and publishing content across platforms. The role involves coordinating with internal & external stakeholders, creating content calendars, monitoring engagement, and responding to audience interactions.
Qualifications
- Strong Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) skills, with experience managing brand accounts and campaigns.
- Excellent Communication and Writing skills for clear, engaging, and brand-consistent messaging.
- Ability to analyze social media metrics and translate insights into actionable improvements.
- Familiarity with major social platforms, scheduling tools, and basic design or content collaboration tools.
- Attention to detail, time management skills, and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, on-site team environment.
- Prior experience in a creative or digital agency environment is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media Studies, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
