Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Social Media Executive based in Surat. The Social Media Executive will be responsible for creating and implementing social media strategies, managing content calendars, optimizing posts for maximum engagement, and monitoring analytics to adjust campaigns as needed. Additionally, the role involves producing engaging and creative content, coordinating with the design and marketing teams, and developing paid and organic media plans. The Social Media Executive will also interact with followers and manage communication across various social platforms.

Qualifications
  • Strong Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) skills to manage and grow online platforms effectively.
  • Excellent Writing and Communication skills to produce compelling content and interact with audiences confidently.
  • Media Planning skills to strategize and execute advertising and promotional campaigns.
  • Proficiency in analyzing and leveraging social media analytics tools for performance measurement and optimization.
  • Ability to collaborate with teams, pay attention to detail, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with current social media trends and industry best practices is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
