Role Description
This is a full-time, fresher, on-site Social Media Executive role based in Ahmedabad. The Social Media Executive will manage day-to-day social media activities, including planning, creating, and publishing content across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and others relevant to client brands. Responsibilities include coordinating content calendars, writing engaging copy, optimizing posts for reach and engagement, and monitoring brand presence and audience conversations. The role involves collaborating with the strategy and design teams to align content with campaign goals, managing basic community interactions (comments, DMs), and supporting social media-led campaigns and launches. The Social Media Executive will also track and report performance metrics, suggest improvements, and stay updated on platform trends and best practices.
Qualifications
- Effective Communication and Writing skills to craft clear, engaging, and on-brand content.
- Foundational Media Planning abilities for social channels, including scheduling, basic budgeting, and campaign coordination.
- Familiarity with social media analytics tools and the ability to interpret performance data.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Prior experience in a marketing, digital agency, or brand-focused role is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
