Better Works HR is looking for a social media executive manager for a e-commerce company in Mumbai.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Social Media Executive, located in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. The Social Media Executive will be responsible for executing social media strategies, creating engaging content, optimizing social media platforms (SMO), and managing media planning efforts. The role also involves communicating effectively across teams and with external stakeholders to positively impact the company’s online presence and brand awareness.
Qualifications
- Strong Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) skills to manage and grow engagement across platforms
- Experience with Media Planning to effectively strategize campaigns and maximize online visibility
- Proficiency in Communication and Writing to create compelling, clear, and brand-aligned content
- Ability to analyze data insights to improve performance and optimize campaigns
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media Studies, or a related field
- Experience in managing multiple social media accounts and tools is a plus
