About the RoleWe are looking for a creative and proactive Social Media Executive to manage and grow our clients’ online presence. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of social media trends, content creation, and audience engagement.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and handle social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Plan and execute monthly content calendars
- Create engaging captions, reels ideas, and post concepts
- Coordinate with designers and video editors for content execution
- Monitor comments, messages, and audience engagement
- Track performance using insights and analytics
- Stay updated with trends, reels formats, and viral content
- Work closely with the team to ensure timely delivery of content
Requirements- 6 months – 2 years of experience in social media management
- Strong understanding of Instagram and LinkedIn algorithms
- Good communication and content writing skills
- Creative mindset with trend awareness
- Basic knowledge of Canva or similar tools is a plus
- Ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines
