Job Overview
We are looking for a creative and proactive Social Media Executive to manage and grow our clients'
social media presence. The role involves planning content, coordinating shoots, creating reels and
posts, and communicating with clients to ensure high-quality digital campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
1. Content Creation & Reels
- Plan, shoot, and edit engaging Instagram Reels, short-form videos, and social media content
- Develop creative concepts for reels, trending content, and brand storytelling
- Stay updated with social media trends, audio, and viral formats
2. Photoshoots & Video Shoots
- Coordinate and execute content shoots for clients
- Plan shot lists, props, and concepts before shoots
- Capture photos and videos for social media campaigns
3. Social Media Post Creation
- Design and schedule posts across platforms such as:
- Instagram
- Facebook
- LinkedIn
- Write engaging captions, hashtags, and CTAs
- Ensure brand consistency across posts
4. Client Coordination
- Communicate with clients to understand requirements
- Share content calendars and take approvals
- Manage revisions and feedback efficiently
5. Content Planning
- Create monthly social media content calendars
- Plan campaigns and festival-based content
- Coordinate with designers and editors
6. Performance Monitoring
- Track post performance and engagement
- Suggest improvements based on insights
Required Skills
- Strong understanding of Instagram & short-form video content
- Basic video editing
- Basic graphic design knowledge (Canva / Photoshop)
- Good communication and client handling skills
- Creative thinking and ability to spot trends
- Ability to manage multiple client accounts
Preferred Qualifications
- Degree in Marketing / Media / Communication
- Experience managing brand social media accounts
- Passion for content creation, reels, and digital storytelling
