Job Title: Social Media Executive (On-site – Client Location)

Job Overview:We are hiring a Social Media Executive who will be deployed at a client location in Rohtak. This role requires strong coordination, execution, and communication skills to ensure smooth handling of social media activities between the client and our internal marketing and design teams.
The candidate will act as a single point of contact on-site, ensuring that all requirements are clearly communicated and executed without delays.
Key Responsibilities:- Work from the client’s premises and coordinate with their internal team on a daily basis
- Understand content requirements, updates, and campaign needs from the client
- Convert client inputs into clear briefs for internal marketing and design teams
- Ensure timely execution of social media content and campaigns
- Review and validate content before publishing to maintain accuracy and quality
- Manage posting schedules across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Capture basic on-ground content (photos/videos) when required
- Maintain seamless communication between client and internal teams
- Track content performance and share feedback for improvements
- Handle revisions, feedback, and quick changes efficiently
Required Skills:- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Ability to understand requirements and translate them into actionable tasks
- Basic understanding of social media platforms and content formats
- Hands-on approach to content capturing using mobile devices
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications:- 0–2 years of experience in social media management, client servicing, or digital marketing
- Experience working with agencies or client-facing roles
- Basic knowledge of design/video tools (Canva or similar)
- Comfortable working on-site at client location
