We are looking for a creative and proactive Social Media Marketing Executive who can help manage and grow our clients’ social media presence through engaging content and data-driven strategies.
Role Overview
As a Social Media Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for executing social media strategies, managing daily posting, coordinating with the creative team, and tracking performance metrics to ensure campaigns deliver strong engagement and brand visibility.
Key Responsibilities
• Plan, create, and schedule social media content across platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and X
• Assist in developing and executing social media marketing campaigns
• Coordinate with the design and content team for creatives, reels, and posts
• Monitor social media trends, hashtags, and competitor activities
• Engage with the online community by responding to comments, messages, and mentions
• Track and analyze performance metrics such as reach, engagement, and follower growth
• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports
• Support paid social media campaigns and promotional activities
Requirements
• 1–2 years of experience in social media marketing or digital marketing
• Good understanding of Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and short-form content trends
• Strong communication and copywriting skills
• Basic knowledge of social media analytics and insights
• Creative thinking with attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple accounts
Preferred Skills
• Experience with tools such as Canva, Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, or Buffer
• Basic understanding of social media advertising
• Knowledge of content planning and campaign strategy
