Role Overview:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Social Media Executive to join our team in Mumbai. This
role requires end-to-end ownership of social media accounts—from content planning and shoot
coordination to execution, publishing, and client communication. The ideal candidate should be creatively
driven, operationally strong, and confident in managing both internal teams and client expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage social media accounts end-to-end for multiple clients across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Plan, develop, and execute monthly content calendars aligned with brand strategy and marketing objectives.
- Coordinate and manage on-ground shoots, including planning shot lists, supervising execution, and ensuring content quality.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients for content approvals, feedback, revisions, and ongoing communication.
- Write engaging captions, develop relevant hashtags, and ensure content is optimized for reach and engagement.
- Schedule and publish content across platforms using relevant tools while maintaining consistency and timelines.
- Collaborate with designers, video editors, and content teams to bring creative concepts to life.
- Monitor performance metrics and provide actionable insights to improve engagement, reach, and
- overall social media performance.
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends, platform updates, and industry best practices.
- Handle day-to-day account management, including responding to basic queries, coordinating updates, and ensuring brand consistency.
- Manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously while maintaining high quality and meeting deadlines.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 2+ years of relevant experience in social media management, preferably in a digital marketing or advertising agency.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, content formats, and trends.
- Experience in content planning, shoot coordination, and client servicing.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in scheduling tools and social media dashboards.
- Working knowledge of design and editing tools (such as Canva, Adobe Suite basics) is an added advantage.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and manage client expectations effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) for reporting, planning, and presentations.
- Basic understanding of analytics and performance tracking tools.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience handling multiple brand accounts.
- Exposure to shoot planning and execution.
- Background in Marketing, Mass Media, Communications, or a related field.
