Job Overview:
Anveshan is seeking an experienced and strategic Social Media Executive to lead our social media initiatives and drive brand engagement. In this role, you will take charge of Anveshan’s online presence across platforms, crafting strategies and producing content that resonates with our audience while aligning with our mission of promoting pure, traditional, and health-focused products. This is a unique opportunity to shape Anveshan’s digital voice and establish meaningful connections with our growing community.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, execute, and manage comprehensive social media strategies that align with Anveshan’s brand and marketing goals.
- Create and oversee engaging, high-quality content (images, videos, graphics, and written posts) tailored to each social media platform.
- Manage the social media calendar, ensuring timely and coordinated posts that support Anveshan’s campaigns, product launches, and events.
- Engage with Anveshan’s online community, responding to comments and messages promptly to foster strong customer relationships.
- Analyze social media metrics (engagement, reach, conversion rates) to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and optimize future strategies.
- Collaborate with the creative, content, and marketing teams to ensure cohesive messaging and brand consistency.
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to keep Anveshan’s online presence relevant and innovative.
- Mentor and provide guidance to social media interns and junior team members, encouraging a culture of creativity and collaboration.
- Manage Anveshan’s presence across platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, and X.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Social Media Executive or similar role, preferably within the health, wellness, or FMCG industry.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
- Proficiency in content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) and analytics tools (e.g., Facebook Insights, Instagram Analytics, Google Analytics).
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a knack for storytelling.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to translate Anveshan’s mission and values into impactful social media content.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Passionate about health, wellness, and traditional food values, with a strong alignment to Anveshan’s mission.
- A portfolio or case studies showcasing successful social media campaigns are a plus.
