Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain social media accounts across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, X (Twitter), LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Plan, schedule, and publish content as per the approved content calendar.
- Coordinate with content writers, graphic designers, and video editors for content creation.
- Monitor social media trends, audience behavior, and competitor activities.
- Engage with audiences by responding to comments, messages, and queries in a professional manner.
- Track platform performance and prepare regular social media reports.
- Assist in executing digital campaigns and promotional activities.
- Ensure brand consistency across all digital communication channels.
- Support community-building and audience engagement initiatives.
- Stay updated with the latest social media tools, platform updates, and industry trends.
Required Skills
- Good understanding of social media platforms and their algorithms.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of content marketing and digital communication.
- Familiarity with social media scheduling and analytics tools.
- Creative thinking and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Strong coordination and teamwork skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Journalism, Digital Media, or a related field.
- Experience in managing social media accounts for brands, agencies, or organizations.
- Basic knowledge of Canva, Meta Business Suite, or similar tools will be an added advantage.
