We’re Hiring for Social Media Executive (Client-Facing Role)
* Owning end-to-end social media for assigned clients
* Acting as the primary point of contact for client communication and coordination
* Building monthly content strategies aligned with business goals, trends, and brand positioning
* Planning, scheduling, and publishing content across platforms
* Writing captions, hooks, and content directions (especially for Reels & short-form content)
* Collaborating with internal design and performance teams to ensure alignment
* Understanding and applying design aesthetics, consumer psychology, and buyer personas
* Tracking performance and creating monthly reports (Canva presentations) with clear insights
* Staying updated with trends and identifying what’s actually worth executing (not just viral noise)
Key Requirements:
* Strong communication skills, you should be comfortable handling foreign clients independently
* Ability to think in terms of strategy, not just execution
* Understanding of content formats, platform behaviour, and audience intent
* A good eye for design, layout, and visual storytelling
* Clarity in thought, someone who can connect business goals with content output
* Proactiveness, we value people who take ownership, not wait for instructions
Tools You Should Be Comfortable With:
* Meta Business Suite / basic platform analytics
* Canva (for presentations & quick creatives)
* AI tools like ChatGPT / Claude (for efficiency, not dependency)
* Any project management tools (Notion, Trello, etc.) are a plus
