Role Overview
We are looking for a creative and execution-focused Social Media Executive to strengthen our digital presence and grow audience engagement.
This role is ideal for someone who can plan content, manage platforms, track performance, and bring fresh ideas to brand communication.
What you’ll work on
- Manage social media accounts across key platforms.
- Plan monthly and weekly content calendars.
- Create captions, post copy, and content ideas.
- Coordinate creatives with design and content teams.
- Schedule and publish posts on time.
- Respond to comments, messages, and mentions.
- Track engagement, reach, clicks, and growth.
- Prepare simple performance reports and insights.
- Research trends, competitors, and audience interests.
- Support campaign launches, promotions, and brand visibility.
What we’re looking for
- 2 to 4 years of experience in social media or digital marketing.
- Good understanding of Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and other relevant platforms.
- Strong writing skills for captions and post copy.
- Creative thinking and attention to brand tone.
- Familiarity with scheduling and analytics tools.
- Ability to read metrics and improve content performance.
- Good coordination and time management skills.
- Basic knowledge of paid campaigns is an advantage.
