We are urgently hiring a Social Media Manager who has hands-on experience in handling D2C brand social media, managing campaigns, and executing Influencer Marketing + UGC strategies. The candidate should be creative, trend-aware, and capable of managing complete social media execution.
Key Responsibilities:- Plan, manage, and execute social media strategy across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Create monthly content calendars and ensure timely posting
- Manage Instagram Reels strategy, trending content, and engagement activities
- Coordinate with graphic/video teams for creatives and content production
- Handle Influencer Marketing (barter + paid collaborations)
- Manage UGC creators, scripts, content briefs, and execution
- Analyze performance reports and optimize content based on insights
- Maintain brand tone, consistency, and creative quality
- Track competitors and suggest new ideas for growth
Skills & Requirements:- Strong understanding of D2C social media marketing
- Experience in Influencer Marketing & UGC campaigns
- Good knowledge of trending formats, reels, and storytelling
- Basic understanding of Meta Ads (preferred but not mandatory)
- Excellent communication & coordination skills
- Creative mindset with content planning ability
