KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee a significant portfolio of clients and demonstrate the ability to profitably grow clients and build long term relationships
- Leading and driving end-to-end social media for the client’s assigned
- Designing and implementing social media strategy in line with the client brief
- Team management and account functioning
- Project Management - quality, timelines, and cost-effectiveness
- Impart team training
- Identify gaps to develop and introduce new services that can help solve client problems and grow overall business
Essential:
- Worked for entertainment/talent clients for 1 to 3 years minimum.
- Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail
- Flexible to work on weekends
