Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and respond to comments, DMs, and queries on social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn).
- Escalate technical or product-specific queries to the relevant internal team.
- Maintain brand tone and empathy in all customer interactions.
- Track recurring questions or concerns and share insights with the marketing and product teams.
- Coordinate with design and marketing teams for user feedback-based content suggestions.
- Maintain daily engagement reports and flag high-priority or sensitive comments.
- Assist in community building through authentic interaction and goodwill gestures (e.g., thanking loyal followers, encouraging UGC).
Required Skills:
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English (regional languages a plus).
- Basic knowledge of social media platforms and internet slang.
- Empathy and strong customer-first attitude.
- Ability to multitask and handle queries with patience and professionalism.
- Eagerness to learn and grow in digital communication.
