Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Social Media Director located in Mumbai. The Social Media Director will lead Pinky Promise's online presence, developing and executing innovative social media strategies. Responsibilities include creating and optimizing engaging content, overseeing social media campaigns, managing public relations efforts, tracking performance metrics, and ensuring alignment with the company’s brand voice. Collaboration with cross-functional teams and staying informed on industry trends will also be key to this role.

- Expertise in IG, youtube and all the other channels we don't know of
- Jugaadu mentality
- Ability to make amazing content with very little resources
- You really need to understand, breathe and live our brand
- You dont mind doing anything despite having a great team - but you'll even make the canva post if you need to
- You have done this before and you are full of ideas
- You hate being managed
- You are extremely organised and you manage me and I do not manage you
