The MissionWe are looking for a Growth Architect with at least 5 years of experience to lead our marketing engine. This is a high-stakes role for a strategist who has personally managed 8-figure monthly spends and understands the delicate balance between paid scaling, influencer authority, and premium content production. You will be the primary driver of our revenue growth, responsible for deploying ₹1 Crore/month profitably.
Key Responsibilities1. Performance Marketing & Scaling (The Math)
- High-Budget Media Buying: Expert-level management of Meta, YouTube, and Google Ads.
- Aggressive Profitable Scaling: Deploy and optimize monthly budgets of ₹1 Crore, ensuring liquidity without compromising on target ROAS or exceeding CAC ceilings.
- KPI Guardianship: Ownership of the daily P&L for ad spend. You will use advanced attribution models (MER/LTV) to ensure every rupee is working.
2. Content Engineering & Production (The Art)
- Scripting & Direction: Write psychological, high-retention scripts for the founder and provide "Director-level" guidance for recordings.
- End-to-End Post-Production: Handle all video editing (Shorts/Reels/Long-form) with high-speed pacing, motion graphics, and conversion-optimized hooks.
- Competitive Auditing: Rigorous daily analysis of competitor ad libraries to stay ahead of market trends.
3. Influencer Marketing Strategy (The Authority)
- Performance Influencer Framework: Build and manage an influencer ecosystem focused on direct-response ROI, not just "brand awareness."
- UGC Integration: Strategically weaponize influencer-generated content to fuel the paid ad engine through whitelisting and Spark Ads.
Requirements- Experience: Minimum 5 years of verifiable experience in Performance/Growth Marketing. You must have managed monthly spends of at least ₹50L+ previously.
- Full-Stack Proficiency: Expert in Ad Managers AND professional editing suites (Premiere Pro/After Effects/CapCut Pro).
- Copywriting Mastery: Ability to write scripts that stop the scroll and convert viewers into leads.
- Leadership Mindset: You are a self-managed "Department of One" who can take a founder’s vision and turn it into a high-scale revenue stream.
Compensation & Incentives- Base Salary: ₹24,00,000 per annum (Starting).
- Scaling Commissions: Attractive incentives for every milestone reached while scaling the budget to ₹1 Crore/month.
